Returns

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Return Window

If your order was incorrect or arrived damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Return Process and Conditions

• You must email us at mishismagicmelt@gmail.com to request authorization for the return. Indicate in your email whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund in the amount of the original purchase.
• The item must be unopened and unused.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• You must provide a photo of the damage or other issue in your email.

We will respond within two (2) business days to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Tallowologist will issue approved refunds to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
